The Brentwood at Buckingham is a dedicated 60 bed sub-acute center. Our
center is newly renovated and we offer a beautifully designed environment
which is warm and inviting for our patients and their families. To maximize
the rehabilitation process of each patient medical, therapy and support
staffs work closely together to provide an interdisciplinary team approach.
Patients and their families are encouraged to ask questions and to take an
active role in their loved ones care.
